Color Coated Plate

Unit to continuous cold rolled strip, galvanized steel (galvanized and hot dip galvanizing) is the substrate, after surface preparation (degreasing and chemical treatment), with the roller coating method, coated with one or more layers of liquid coatings, obtained after baking and cooling plate is the coated steel. The coating can have a variety of colors, customarily called the color coated steel sheet coated steel. Also, because the coating is forming in the plate before, and in foreign countries this is called pre-coated steel.

Process:
Color coated steel is cold rolled steel and galvanized steel substrate, after the surface pretreatment (degreasing, cleaning, chemical conversion treatment), applying the method of continuous coating (roller coating method), after baking and cooling system into the product.
