Henan AnSon Steel Co.,Ltd is a professional modern manufacturer. The inspection capability continuously expands with the development. From the beginning of establishing the factory, Tianyang acquired tensile testing machine，multi-element analyzer etc. acc. to the standard to meet the demand of product’s testing. With the development of the company, it sets up a lot of technology development and research projects to improve the technological content and ensure the property of products. To cooperate with High-Tech Research and Experiment, the company purchased valued nearly RMB3.5 million inspection equipments in domestic and overseas. The inspection center was expanded to 300M3 from 100M3 in 2007. It is divided to physics laboratory, chemistry laboratory, metallographic analysis laboratory, salt spray corrosion test laboratory and bursting laboratory.
There is one computer controlled tensile testing machine, one hardness testing machine, two coating thickness gauges and one surface roughness thickness tester imported from Japan in the physics laboratory, these equipments can test the tensile strength, yield strength, elongation, hardness, surface roughness and the thickness of coating of the steel tubes. The index reflects the performance of the tube directly. The inspection of index supplies the exact data for every research project.

Metallographic analysis laboratory has a full set of metallurgical analysis equipment, including metallographic microscope, stereo microscope, metallographic cutting machine, metallographic inlay machine, metallographic pre-grind machine etc. The metallurgical analysis equipment is installed a full automatic metallographic analysis software to analyse the organizational structure, grain size grade and metal inclusion after heat treated tubes. They supply the basis for the research of heat treatment project.

The salt spray corrosion test laboratory can simulate neutral salt spray test condition and test tubes’ corrosion resistance. During the process of 200 hours’ testing, it provides the date for research of the internal and external galvanizing through observing the changes of surface zinc coating.

Pressure bursting laboratory is the latest one to set up. Tianyang imported an automatic computer controlled pressure bursting equipment from Germany; it can test the burst pressure and static pressure of the tube. There are few organizations who are able to test the burst pressure in China. Our technology for testing the pressure reached the leading level in scientific research.
Impact test laboratory can test low temperature impact test for the samples at even -60℃. The laboratory can observe and record gap shrinkage, area expansion through gap projector equipment at the same time of impact test.
